Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Homemade ranch dressing with the Hidden Valley packets is a weakness of mine.  I think I probably drank the stuff as a kid, at least I had some lettuce with my dressing when it came time for a salad.    I tried a substitute with greek yogurt instead of mayo, attempting to make my childhood memory a little healthier.  It was good, but I have to admit the tartness the yogurt brings to the dressing throws me off a bit.  The consistency was definitely the same, the ranch flavor was there.  I think next time I might try half mayo and half yogurt, to remove some of that tartness - but still making it slightly healthier.  The skim milk substitute did not bother me, as I do this often because it is what I drink.  The skim milk does thin the dressing out a little more than normal.  So if you like thicker dressings add a little less milk.

1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (usually Mayo)
1 cup Skim Milk (usually 2% or whole)

Whisk ingredients together, refrigerate for 1 hour & mix before serving.  Store in airtight container.
