Spicy Thai Noodles

We added extra sriracha, but we like it spicy!  The recipe I found said they didn't add the sriracha and hardly any of the pepper flakes.

1/4 c vegetable oil
3 tbl honey
3 tbl soy sauce
2 tbl hoisin sauce
2 tbl sriracha
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbl garlic
2 large eggs

2 cups Cooked chicken, beef or seafood
2 cups sauteed vegetables: pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, scallions
4 oz cooked noodles of choice: spaghetti, linguini, rice, etc.

Cook your noodles as directed on package.

Cook your vegetables of choice in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.  Set aside.

In the same pan cook your meat of choice in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.  Set aside with the vegetables.

Whisk honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and sriracha in a bowl.  Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in pan, add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for about 1 minute.

Add 2 slightly scrambled eggs to the oil, cook through.  Add the soy sauce mixture to the eggs and oil and mix well.  Add your meat, vegetables and noodles and heat through.
