Greek "Intestines"

Although I arranged this to resemble intestine for the Halloween season, I am sure it would be equally awesome on a cookie sheet in a circle or logs.

1 package puff pastry, thawed
2 packages frozen spinach, thawed
1 small onion
1 package mushrooms
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz feta cheese
1 can black olives

Cook onion & mushroom in a pan with oil.

Add in spinach and olives and warm through.

Stir in cream cheese until melted, remove from heat.

Mix in feta cheese.

Spoon mixture onto puff pastry.  Roll the puff pastry into whatever shape you desire.

Brush with egg wash.  Die the egg if you are trying to be festive!

Cook according to package directions.
